Our Three-Pronged Approach:

MONTHLY HEALTH PROGRAMMING

We bring together Black women and a specialized, multidisciplinary team of experts drawn from a 150+ faculty to disseminate information on health challenges, develop tools and strategies to navigate the healthcare system, and promote well-being.

WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT

We partner with young women of color from local undergraduate and graduate programs as interns as well as with emerging professionals who now have the opportunity to make an impact in community health and leadership.

A HEALTH
COMMUNITY

It takes a village to enact change. We build a committed multidisciplinary faculty of Black women who implement innovative, inclusive, and collaborative models of care delivery through their community engagement. Community members also have opportunities to take on leadership roles in directing the organization and developing programming.
