What's New

Ensuring Representation: The Healthy Aging as Black Adults: In it Together (HABIT) program represents a close collaboration between CC and Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) and The Wellness Collaborative (TWC) with the goal of assisting older Black adults manage chronic pain and memory-related challenges.

​

The effort represents a push by MGH to partner with communities and to focus on education and strategies that help older adults manage two issues that many don’t realize can be intertwined.
